We are Rein and Robin, filmmakers from Amsterdam.

Before Plus Two Films, we worked in documentary and commercial filmmaking, where we learned to observe before directing. To follow feeling before structure.

Three years ago, we thought wedding films were boring. So when we were asked to film one, we started looking for inspiration.

Almost everything felt the same. Slow, dramatic, and without a real story. It seemed like there were unwritten rules for how a wedding film should look and feel.

We decided to do things differently. We are after energy, atmosphere, and emotion. The story always comes first. Not performances or trends, but the moments in between.

We want to create films that feel deeply personal. Films that are more than just wedding films.

We never expected this journey to take us where it has. We were trusted to capture the wedding of Dua Lipa and Callum Turner. To us, that wasn't just recognition.

It was a reminder that trust is earned through genuine relationships and honest storytelling. That's why we intentionally take on around 10 weddings each year, giving every story the attention it deserves.

Recently, Robin got married himself. Experiencing a wedding from the inside gave us a new perspective. We felt the anticipation, the emotions, and discovered firsthand what truly matters. It deepened our belief that the moments you'll treasure most are often the ones you never planned for.

Because in thirty years, you won't remember every detail. You'll remember how it felt.
